Here we develop a description of a key role - Facilitator, in a wiki-using community.
A facilitator: - Builds tools (pages, paragraphs) that exploit wiki's plugin technology close-enough to its bleeding edge - Configures sites so that 'vernacular' users of wiki in the user community that they serve find them 'obvious', and 'just use them' - Provides affordances for their community, including how-to pages
